RESERVATION

1. Departure date is determined by request
2. The price shown is subject to change, as long as the tour is not confirmed yet
3. The price excludes high season surcharge for Eid Al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year holidays
4. All of the services will be booked once the payment is done

PAYMENT

1. Down Payment (DP) must be paid within 3 days after confirmation
2. Every payment made by bank transfer (both down payment and full payment) must come with payment receipt that sent to our contact person’s Whatsapp/Email
3. Full payment must be done at maximum 7 days before departure date

CANCELATION

1. If cancelation is requested after down payment, down payment cannot be refunded
2. If the tour has already fully paid, cancelation at:
   D-30 will be refunded 50% of the cost
   D-29 until D-15 will be refunded 20% of the cost
   D-14 or less will not be refunded
3. If the tour price included flight services, the refund of tour cost and flight cost will be done separately, according to the airlines regulations

FORCE MAJEURE

1. Cancelation sailing/cruise due to extreme weather conditions is none of our responsibility, and all extended services/overtime cost will be charged to participants
2. Cancelation flight due to extreme weather conditions is none of our responsibility, and all extended services including meals and lodging cost will be charged to participants
3. Please keep in mind that all of our tour packages do not include travel insurance, and we can also provide travel insurance if you would like (with additional cost)
