Day 1 (Dinner)

Welcome to Jakarta. You will be transferred to your hotel. Arrive at the Hotel you may check in as the room is ready (Check in time : 12.00). Free Time after check in. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 2 (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)

After breakfast, by 08.00 you will be transferred to Sarinah Thamrin to join the Jakarta Tour Program joining with other participants (Tour will be joining according to the Daily Program stated on the list below, including lunch). After the tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 3 (Breakfast)

Breakfast at the hotel, then you may have your free time according to your departure time to your next destination. You may have time for your shopping or visiting friends or family. By that time you will be transferred to the airport or train station for your next destination.

DAILY TOUR PROGRAM

The Urban City : Monday & Thursday

Meeting at Sarinah Thamrin by 08.30 then at 09.00 proceed to have a passing sight tour to Menteng residence area then proceed to The Old Harbor of Jakarta. Strolling around Kampung Bandan, the city village of Jakarta. Drive to the Senayan area and Blok M and by MRT you will be led to a stop by the Phinisi Bridge and Welcome Statue Upper Deck by Bus Way. And on the way back to Sarinah passing the Kebon Kacang residence area. Arrive in Sarinah and goodbye. Lunch served at the local restaurant.

Indonesia in a Glimpse : Tuesday/ Friday/ Sunday 1

Meeting at Sarinah Thamrin by 08.30 then at 09.00 proceed to Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park, exploring the richness of the traditional houses from all over Indonesia. Then continued to visit the National Museum and Istiqlal Grand Mosque. The last stop will be the National Monument (not to the top) before driving back to Sarinah Thamrin to end the tour. Lunch served at the local restaurant.

History and Richness of Jakarta : Wednesday & Saturday

Meeting at Sarinah Thamrin by 08.30 then at 09.00 tour started by visiting the ChinaTown of Jakarta after driving around passing by the historical spots of Jakarta then proceeding to the Old Harbor Sunda Kelapa. Then continued to have a visit to Old Jakarta City and visit Jakarta Museum after lunch. Enjoy the short performance of Leather Puppet (Wayang) then enjoy a zip of modernized traditional Indonesia Herbal drink. Drive back to your hotel (place) after exploring the old city of Jakarta. Lunch served at the local restaurant.

Your Fun Day : Sunday 2

Meeting at Sarinah Thamrin by 08.30 then at 09.00 proceed to Tebet Ecopark and City Forest Plataran. Continued to visit Ancol Dreamland area (entrance ticket only) and visit some attractions in Ancol (all cost of the rides and amusement fee at your own expenses). By 17.30 driving back to Sarinah Thamrin to end the tour. Lunch served at the local restaurant.

RESERVATION

1. Departure date is determined by request
2. The price shown is subject to change, as long as the tour is not confirmed yet
3. The price excludes high season surcharge for Eid Al-Fitr, Christmas, and New Year holidays
4. All of the services will be booked once the payment is done

PAYMENT

1. Down Payment (DP) must be paid within 3 days after confirmation
2. Every payment made by bank transfer (both down payment and full payment) must come with payment receipt that sent to our contact person’s Whatsapp/Email
3. Full payment must be done at maximum 7 days before departure date

CANCELATION

1. If cancelation is requested after down payment, down payment cannot be refunded
2. If the tour has already fully paid, cancelation at:
   • D-30 will be refunded 50% of the cost
   • D-29 until D-15 will be refunded 20% of the cost
   • D-14 or less will not be refunded
3. If the tour price included flight services, the refund of tour cost and flight cost will be done separately, according to the airlines regulations

1. Cancelation sailing/cruise due to extreme weather conditions is none of our responsibility, and all extended services/overtime cost will be charged to participants
2. Cancelation flight due to extreme weather conditions is none of our responsibility, and all extended services including meals and lodging cost will be charged to participants
3. Please keep in mind that all of our tour packages do not include travel insurance, and we can also provide travel insurance if you would like (with additional cost)
